How to run it on the call
  1. Press Call and allow the microphone. The AI CSR greets you first.
  2. Order like a customer — ask questions, pick proteins/styles, give your name and number when asked.
  3. When you confirm the read-back, the ticket is placed automatically — or press Ring it in.
  4. Open /manager → Kitchen (password demo123) to see it.
